To support its omnichannel strategy, a large Brazilian educational group hired Assesso’s services to structure a new data repository integrating information from the company’s transactional systems with data collected from the multiple points of contact with its customers and prospects. In addition, the company, within its Data Driven journey, sought to implement an initiative to explore data and generate new opportunities for the business.
Facing these challenges, Assesso formatted and adapted an interactive methodology for research, analysis, data publishing and insight generation to support the company’s strategic decisions based on updated and reliable information. To ensure the quality of the information in this repository, Assesso has structured processes for data processing, standardization and consolidation within DataCare.
As a result, the company identified several opportunities to improve business processes, including new product launch policies and strategies to mitigate purchase abandonment.
