André França
CEO & Partner
André has a degree in Systems Analysis from PUC Campinas, MBA in Business Administration from Fundação Dom Cabral and a board of directors course at IBGC. He has gathered 30 years of experience in the IT industry with a strong focus on the services and products segment. He built his career at IBM, where he started as an intern and worked for 26 years, holding several executive positions, including general management of one of the company’s joint ventures. During this time, he spent 6 years in international assignment in the Latam, North American and European regions. Before joining Assesso, he held for 4 years an executive vice-presidency at Capgemini in Brazil.
Flávio de Almeida Pires
COO & Partner
Graduated in Computer Science from the Instituto de Matemática e Estatística of USP, with an MBA in Change Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Certified in TDQM – Total Data Quality Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and CDO – Chief Data Officer from iCDO – Institute for Chief Data Officers (MIT and University of Arkansas). At Assesso, he created the DataCare, DLManager and e-Mailer systems. Flavio is technically responsible for the development of these systems and their implementation at all customers. He has worked with Information Management, Data Quality and Direct Marketing systems since 1986. His previous professional experience includes activities at SCI Sistemas, Consultoria e Informática and at VASP.
Mario Fernando Cervi
Director of Data Quality and Management
Graduated in Computer Science from the Instituto de Matemática e Estatística of USP, with an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Certified in TDQM – Total Data Quality Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and CDO – Chief Data Officer from iCDO – Institute for Chief Data Officers (MIT and University of Arkansas). He has been with Assesso since 1996, having led the Data Management/Quality and CRM projects for the company’s customers, and also participated in the conception and evolution of the products and methodologies developed. His previous professional experience includes technical and management activities at TVA, VASP and Fundação Carlos Chagas.
Silvio Hagui
Chief Technology Officer
Graduated in Computer Science from UFSCar, with an MBA in Information Technology Applied to Strategic Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He joined Assesso in 1998, working in consulting and implementation of Data Quality projects. He migrated to the Technology team in 2001, working in the development of new modules and product features. Since 2008 he is the CTO, leading the evolution of Datacare with the adoption of new technologies and adequacy to modern data architectures. His career includes previous experiences at Itautec Philco and Instituto de Pesquisas Tecnológicas (IPT).
Marcelo de Oliveira
Director of Information Management Projects and Services
Graduated in Systems Analysis from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, with post-graduate studies in Marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. He has been with Assesso since 1996, where he has worked on projects for Data Quality, MDM (Master Data Management), CDI (Customer Data Information), Single Customer Base and DBM (Database Marketing). Since 2010, he has developed academic activity as a professor of Data Quality and Governance for Postgraduate and MBA courses. His previous professional experience includes work at IBM Brazil and IPT ( Instituto de Pesquisas Tecnológicas).
